Restoration Red Wine

Spring Mountain AVA (100%): These mountaintop vineyards, in the Spring Mountain appellation, produce dark fruit with tons of depth, extraction and structure. The mountaintop soils are sedimentary, shallow, generally well-drained, uniquely mineral rich, and acidic with low fertility. With a cool climate in general, these mountaintop vineyards are typically above the fog line. With warmer nights and cooler days than the valley floor, high temperatures typically top out at 85°F. This terroir develops small vines with low yields, small berries and very flavorful wines.
